 All items are shipped directly from our Business address in Thailand, and are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

In some Countries Registered post includes signature collection of your item (where supported by your country's postage service).

Delivery time for DHL Globalmail Registered is usually under 10 days from dispatch, depending on destination.

PAYMENTS


Payment can be made using all major credit/debit cards through paypal , you do not need to hold an account with them.

All payments are processed by Paypal secure payment engine. No credit card or financial records are retained or provided to Siam Secrets Store. 

Upon your order being processed and payment completed, you will receive an email from either Paypal  payment engine confirming your successful order.

We also offer Bitcoins as an alternative payment method.



RETURNS

If for any reason during the first 7 days from receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, then Siam Secrets Store will provide you with an unconditional refund of the purchase price of your product.

Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded.  Products must be returned to Siam Secrets Store prior to your refund being processed and the return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In order for returns to be processed, a Return To Manufacturer (RTM) claim must be lodged with Siam Secrets Store within 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.  Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.

RTM claims should be lodged via our Contact Us page, quoting your order number.  We will provide you with the RTM / refund number and provide you details of where your purchase should be returned.
