POSTAGE TERMS

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL POST
All items are shipped directly from our Business address in Thailand, and are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Registered post includes signature collection of your item (where supported by your country's postage service).
Delivery time for Standard International Shipping is usually 7-10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Average time for receipt is around 10 Business Days. (US and Canada may take a little longer).

International "Express" post
Delivery time for International Express post is usually 3-4 business days less than Standard shipping, depending on destination. Average time for receipt is around 5 Business Days. (NOT AVAILABLE TO US AND CANADA DUE TO CUSTOMS PROCESSING).
Only an additional £2.00 GBP or its equivalent for express shipping

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made using all major credit/debit cards through paypal or you can use Skrill, (Formerly Moneybookers) you do not need to hold an account with them.
All payments are processed by Paypal or Moneybookers, (Skrills) secure payment engines. No credit card or financial records are retained or provided to Siam Secrets Store.
Upon your order being processed and payment completed, you will receive an email from either Paypal or moneybookers payment engine confirming your successful order.
Our bank transfer checkout will simply generate an invoice for your total order and provide You with our details.
You will then need to log into your bank account and make a payment for the invoiced amount. Following receipt of cleared payment we will dispatch your order. (Please note: It can take several days for your payment to clear into our account).
Siam Secrets Store will review each order received and if there is a problem will contact you via email prior to your order being dispatched.Our bank transfer checkout will simply generate an invoice for your total order and provide You with our details.
You will then need to log into your bank account and make a payment for the invoiced amount. Following receipt of cleared payment we will dispatch your order. (Please note: It can take several days for your payment to clear into our account).
We also offer Bitcoins as an alternative payment method.
RETURNS
If for any reason during the first 7 days from receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, then Siam Secrets Store will provide you with an unconditional refund of the purchase price of your product.
Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded. Products must be returned to Siam Secrets Store prior to your refund being processed and the return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In order for returns to be processed, a Return To Manufacturer (RTM) claim must be lodged with Siam Secrets Store within 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.
RTM claims should be lodged via our Contact Us page, quoting your order number. We will provide you with the RTM / refund number and provide you details of where your purchase should be returned.
